Spice's Story

Hi! My name is Spice. I am a precocious but delightful 10 year old spayed Pomeranian. You may address me as "Your Highness." I am you typical Pomeranian and we recommend that you do your research on the breed before applying. I can be opinionated, stubborn, and loud, but I'm also sweet and attentive. I would be the perfect companion for someone who is a little lonely and looking for a best friend that can go with them everywhere. Just me and you against the world.

I MUST be the only dog. While I have previously lived with a cat, I really like to be the centre of attention and would prefer to be without them too. Kids are rather "meh" for me, so an adult home would be more appropriate. 

I am housetrained but I prefer to use my pee pads and I'm good about going where I'm supposed to. Like most poms I'm not just a lapdog and I like to go on walks and do things that keep my brain busy. I have a wonderfully thick coat so walks in the summer are a little harder. I would benefit from multiple short walks and to be entertained while air conditioned for the few months a year that it is too hot. My beautiful coat will also need regular brushing and I would benefit greatly from professional grooming.

I'm not a stuffed animal or ball dog, instead I'm very human focused and I enjoy your company. That said I'm definitely a "snack" dog, I mean who isn't!?  If you can supply the snacks and attention, I promise to keep you loved and entertained.
