Bromley's Story

Bromley is a spunky and sweet 11-year old mixed breed (border collie X greyhound X shepherd?) who loves nothing more than snuggling up and watching TV with her human friends. Aside from a bit of grey around the muzzle, it’s hard to believe that Bromley is 11. She has great energy, loves walks, playing in the back yard, and being your best friend. Her favourite game is “pouncing” towards you so you can pounce back.

 

Bromley is crate trained and good while you’re out of the house. Bromley is a beautiful soul with a heart of gold. She adores her human friends and is so excited to see them. She’ll greet you with gusto and make you feel like the most important person on the planet. She craves someone who will love her as much as she’ll love them. ''

 

Bromley recently had a full veterinary workup including bloodwork and urine and aside from some minor arthritis, she is a very healthy girl! She has, on rare occasion, peed her bed, so making sure she gets out for a good pee before bed is important. Propalin or acupuncture may be helpful to prevent the occurrence altogether.

 

Bromley has never lived with children, but she would do well with older kids. Toddlers make her a little bit nervous, but she’d probably adjust to them with a bit of TLC. Being your one and only doggo is a must for Bromley. She does not get along with other dogs. She has been known to chase cats, but with some safety mechanisms in place, she may be able to live with dog-savvy cats. Bromley is currently staying in a boarding facility and as much as she is enjoying all of the pampering by her fan club there, it’s time for her to find a permanent home with a family all her own.
