Lulu & Skinny's Story

Hi there! We are Lulu and Skinny, two bonded gals that love to snuggle with each other. We came to ARTS after our human passed away and we have struggled to come out of our shell, so we really need a new human to call us ours. We might be pretty shy when you first meet us and it will take us a while to warm up to a new home, but I promise we are very nice friendly kitties once you give us a chance.

We are both a lovely vibrant gingers and you can tell us apart based on fluff. Can you guess who is who? That's right, I'm Lulu and I'm the older one at 14. I have all the fluff, and I was surrendered as a maine coon mix. My sister is named Skinny because she's the opposite, only a nice short coat for her! Don't worry though, she really is not skinny as her name might imply. In fact we are both healthy chunky girls.

Our profile has a few maybes listed on our preferences and that's because we haven't really met many friends. We are in a nice quiet adult only household right now and the humans think we'd prefer it stay that way, but we might be open to meeting other really calm housemates. 

​

Have a catio? We are not adventure cats but we love getting fresh air and sitting by a screened in window. We also enjoy being up high, so a cat tree or a window lookout would be great! Once you are familiar to us we enjoy hanging out in your company and approaching for pets and cuddles. We'd probably be great work from him buddies for all you home office folks. 

 

Our foster says we are good kitties, we do not have any litter box issues and we use our scratching posts regularly.  We are free grazers and not picky.
