Age: 8-10 years old
Breed: Chocolate lab x (I am crossed with something very big as I’m a very large boy)
Medical: Healthy, but has a large lump from a previous break and bone infection on his leg, and scars from frostbite on his face
They say no one is perfect, but that’s because they haven’t met me! My name is Cooper and I’m wonderful. I came to ARTS from an animal hoarding situation. I was cold and alone for some time, but it hasn’t made me any less trusting or friendly. I can be a little shy at first but I warm up really quickly.
Now that we know my leg is just an old injury, I’ll be having something called a neuter right away. I don’t know what it is but the humans keep making “snippy snippy” jokes. They are SO darn funny sometimes!
I love to give you kisses and I like to shake paws. I love my foster sister and my foster mom so much, but I’ll fall in love with you, too. Don’t worry.
I’m house trained and don’t have accidents. I love the car and I have really good leash manners. I’m so excited to go places and be with you that I make sure to be on my best behaviour. I loooooove food and bones and Kongs. Sometimes I howl which surprises my foster mom. Because of that I probably shouldn’t live in an apartment. I don’t do it all the time but once in a while I will.
If you think you’d like to be my new home please fill out an application. I’d love to learn more about you!
