Hey, glad I got your attention! I’m used to that. On-lookers often stop and compliment my beautiful markings. That’s followed by the usual corny questions, which I’ll now answer: No, I’ve never stepped foot in a fire station. And no, I haven’t seen 101 Dalmatians. Now that we have that out of the way, I’ll tell you a little about myself.
My name is Celeste and I’m a very proud 13 year old Dalmatian. 60 pounds of black and white unconditional love. Put me in a park with other pooches and I’ll stand out. That makes me extra special. In spite of my age, I loves walks - long, short, uphill, downhill. Put me on a leash, head for the park, and I’m putty in your hands. I’m also very loyal, easy going and eager to please. If you give me a chance, I’ll be your friend for life.
At times, I get a little excited, sometimes even anxious, and little kids and cats can make me nervous so I’d do better in a calm environment. I’m fine with dogs though. I’m very dedicated to my foster Mom who I follow around all day. She’ll tell you that I drink an awful lot of water. I’m on meds to fix that.
So if you’re ready for a ‘spot’ of love and affection, and being the center of attention at the dog park, I’m your girl. The choice is as “simple as black and white.”
