ARTS is a completely volunteer run, shelter free rescue. We rely on foster homes to care for our seniors until their happily ever after is found. ARTS provides all supplies, medical care, and support the animal may need. All we ask in return is that you shower them with the love and cuddles they deserve, and get them to their vet appointments and occasional event so we can help them find their new family.

PLEASE NOTE: We have an urgent need for people applying as cat fosters, homes with no other animals, homes willing to take on diabetic pets, and homes willing to take large bonded dogs. Those applying for small or non shedding dogs may not receive a foster at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
